Build balance and gymnastics skills at home with a beam you can adjust to suit your practice.
Adjustable height: Start at 7.4 inches or set it to 13, 17, or 23 inches as your skills progress.
Room to practice: Choose a 6- or 8-foot beam with a 4-inch width for walking, jumps, handstands, donkey kicks, and somersaults.
Supportive construction: Solid wood inside, a heavy-duty steel base, and a non-slip rubber base support gymnasts up to 160 lbs.
Cushioned surface: Three layers include sweat-absorbing, anti-slip imitation deerskin, a soft layer for flexibility, and wear-resistant material; move the beam indoors or outdoors for training.
