Build balance, flexibility, and full-body strength with a single-point aerial hoop for dance, yoga, and gymnastics.
-
Hoop dimensions: The silver-and-purple hoop measures 95 cm (37.4 in) across, with a 2.5 cm (0.98 in) stainless steel tube to grip during aerial practice.
-
Practice challenge: Its single-point design is more unstable than a double-point hoop, engaging your balance control as you work through aerial movements.
-
Included hardware: Your kit includes the hoop, a 360° swivel connector, a 1 m (3.28 ft) polyester-core round sling, three screw-lock carabiners, a small storage bag, and an English manual. The sling is rated 10KN, each carabiner 25KN, and the swivel 30KN maximum strength.
-
Mounting and care: Choose a ceiling or horizontal-bar mount; assembly is required. Check that parts are tightened before use, and stop using the hoop if you see damage or wear. Keep it out of outdoor and humid environments.
