Make room for strength training at home with an adjustable doorway pull-up bar that supports a range of upper-body and core exercises.
-
Adjustable length: Set the bar from 69–92 cm to suit most door frame widths.
-
Self-locking sides: Both ends self-lock to help prevent the bar from falling during use; maximum bearing weight is 200 kg.
-
Layered covering: A sponge layer, sweat-absorbing outer layer, and tear-resistant inner layer cover the bar.
-
Versatile setup: Use it for pull-ups, sit-ups, push-ups, leg extensions, L-shaped sitting, or training-belt suspension. A high-precision level helps you check alignment, and the bar can be installed on solid walls, solid wood doors, solid wallpaper walls, solid tile walls, or solid cement walls. You receive one pull-up bar and instructions.
